How long to cook chicken skewers on BBQ:
We’ve found that chicken cut into 3 cm cubed pieces typically take around 10-12 minutes on a medium-high heat grill. Turn them every 2-3 minutes until cooked through. The steel conducts heat thought the centre of the meat, cooking it faster and more evenly.
Unlike wooden skewers, there’s no need to soak them to stop burning. Steel doesn’t catch fire or snap mid-cook!
These are blackened steel so are dishwasher safe. Just make sure they are clean and dry before storing to keep their beautiful blackened finish.
